Media

Media, mind, and memory are not separate products. They are reflections of a more fair internet: local, inspectable, and free of landlords for the bits.
Memory
Allocators and local-first storage shaped for machines in a data center free world. A free internet fails if "local" still means a C heap that corrupts on double-free, or a database that pretends us-east-1 is the source of truth. Safe allocation plus CRDT replicas keep your data near you, durable across the mesh, without a landlord.
Identity
Keys you hold. Capabilities you sign. No session cookie pretending to be you. Sign-in with a Big Tech IdP rents your presence monthly and can revoke it overnight. Device-bound identity and supply-chain audit mean access is a signature you control, and the code you run is code you can inspect.

Neighborhood hardware: ESP-class nodes that speak the mesh. The quieter internet is not only software in a browser tab; it is radios and chips on a shelf you can touch. When cameras, mics, and identity live on devices that never have to phone a cloud broker, privacy stops being a settings page and becomes the default topology.

UI glyphs, tokens, and a11y: the quiet surfaces developers touch. Memory-safe backends still leak trust if the interface pulls icons from a CDN, invents ARIA after ship, or paints with unshared design tokens. House chrome keeps the whole application graph coherent, accessible, and offline-capable so the serenity users feel is backed by the same stack underneath.

Real-world deployments of Remade with Rust primitives that left the lab. RAG Converter ships Media, Mind, and Memory as a browser product where files never leave the tab.
